Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Georgia seeks a Manager of Strategic Reporting to design and deliver executive communications for the Board and ELT. You will turn diverse operational, financial, and market data into board-ready reports, dashboards, and storytelling that clarifies performance, priorities, and trends.

This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance and other functions to produce trusted insights, standardize reporting, and drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready reports.
• Experience creating board-level presentations and summaries.
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Board and Executive Leadership reporting.
• Own monthly and quarterly executive reporting cadence.
• Design executive packages and dashboards communicating KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance to consolidate data.
• Translate complex data into concise executive narratives.
