The Manager of Strategic Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end design, synthesis, and delivery of executive communications supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. This role transforms complex operational, financial, and market data from across the enterprise into clear, actionable strategic reporting that supports executive decision-making and long-term value creation. Serving as the analytical bridge between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership, the position develops board-ready presentations, reporting packages, and executive insights that communicate business performance, strategic priorities, and emerging trends.
Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or a related analytical discipline within a large-scale organization. Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level and Board of Directors presentation materials. Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools preferred.
