Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred/required
• 4-6+ years of progressive experience, with a foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred)
• Experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and working with complex accounting matters
• Exposure to preparing external financial statements and supporting audit processes
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools (ERP, Workiva, Planful, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of external financial reporting with accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare disclosures for the SEC and support audits.
• Enhance financial reporting processes through systems and automation tools.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and stay ahead of evolving accounting guidance.
• Serve as liaison across internal teams, executive leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders.
