Job summary

Hogan Transportation in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Rental Manager to oversee sales and operations of our rental product line. You will lead business development, account management, customer service, and asset management to drive branch performance.

You’ll manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, pursue new rental accounts, develop leads for contractual services, and help implement sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.
• Ensures decisions and solutions maximize product line revenue and profitability.
• Ensures the rental operation runs efficiently.
• Interacts with clients and potential clients in-person and on the phone ensuring high-quality service.
• Arranges for the rental of vehicles and paperwork.
• Works with shop personnel to ensure trucks are client-ready and on-time.
• Resolves customer complaints to Hogan policies and procedures.
• Pursues new commercial rental accounts.
• Develops sales leads for new contractual product lines.
• Works with other Hogan sales personnel to maximize branch’s financial performance.
• Executes the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
