Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a Rental Key Accounts Representative to develop and grow select strategic rental accounts for Wagner Rents in alignment with the company’s One Professional Team vision.

You will manage communications with strategic accounts and internal stakeholders, perform rental sales transactions, and maintain accurate records to support revenue goals. The role emphasizes relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer call lists, appointment calendars, and customer records.
• Conduct office, job site, and on-site sales calls to build relationships and meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with strategic accounts, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a professional ambassador for Wagner Rents, representing the company in a positive and customer-focused manner.
• Complete rental sales transactions that support rental, sales, and profitability objectives established by management.
• Prepare and submit required reports and manage business-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
