Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a Rentals Sales Representative to generate revenue by renting CAT and allied equipment, selling merchandise and services, and expanding territory. You will meet monthly revenue goals and collaborate across teams to deliver customer satisfaction.

Base salary plus commission, with pay reflecting education and experience. This on-site role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and field activity within a designated territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college/trade school preferred.
• 10+ years sales experience in heavy or rental equipment.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience and 3+ years customer service.
• 3+ years sales experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales calls and progress reports.
• Develop weekly sales forecasts and manage expenses.
• Interface with field personnel and other departments affecting sales.
• Respond to customer calls day and night.
• Research new leads and prospects; conduct cold calls to grow accounts.
• Service current rental and sales customers and maintain knowledge of offerings.
