Nexthink seeks a Global Sales Operations professional to manage contract renewals with North America partners and customers. You will drive retention, negotiate terms, and identify upsell opportunities to grow subscription revenue.

Based in our Boston office with a minimum of three days in the office, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline renewals, forecast renewal metrics, and report outcomes to leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar renewal/sales operations role.
• Proven negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in SaaS high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand their renewal needs and negotiate contract terms.
• Track and maximize renewal rates; manage paperwork including quotes and orders.
• Maintain regular client communication to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
