Job summary

Hylant in Ohio is seeking a Benefit Renewal Specialist (Client Market Analyst) to support the internal team and enhance client experience across Toledo, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.

You will handle renewals, prepare RFPs, analyze quotes, create client presentations, document activities in Epic, and coordinate with carriers. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar Employee Benefits function.
• Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking and writing.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Represent Hylant core values and follow established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out RFPs, review quotes, and summarize proposals.
• Assist with client presentations and deliverables.
• Document all activities in Epic 100% and maintain records.
• Coordinate timely responses with carrier partners and internal team.
• Lead rate negotiations with carriers and analyze renewals.
• Run and distribute client reports for renewal meetings.
