Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap. This role drives initiatives to optimize working capital, reduce costs, improve fill rates, and elevate customer experience.

Based in the US, remote-friendly, you will lead discovery, build business cases with ROI, and align cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and building ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, framing problems, developing structured approaches, and driving initiatives forward with limited direction.
• Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and IMS/WMS/TMS integrations.
• Proven success serving as a Supply Chain Technology SME, partnering across teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps that align with organizational priorities.
• Build compelling, data-driven business cases for investments by quantifying financial impact, including cost savings, productivity gains, working capital improvements, service enhancements, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives, proactively identifying risks, resolving obstacles, and ensuring delivery of business value with minimal direction.
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from concept through implementation, defining scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks while driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making across multiple levels of leadership through storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and fact-based recommendations supported by financial and operational analysis.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure value realization and inform prioritization.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management methodologies across the organization.
