Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, driving initiatives that optimize working capital, reduce cost-to-serve, and elevate the customer experience.

You will translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable technology solutions, build robust business cases, and lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment cases for enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations to influence investments.
• Experience presenting strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams to translate supply chain challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Develop multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term goals.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, manage risks, and deliver business value with minimal direction.
• Define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks for complex initiatives.
