Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, delivering solutions that optimize working capital, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve customer experience.

You will lead discovery, build business cases, and partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive measurable value across the enterprise. Remote work is supported nationwide in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations that influence investment decisions.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives forward with limited direction.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and integration points among IMS, WMS, TMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction across the supply chain network.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps that align with priorities and balance short-term delivery with long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, working capital improvements, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with proactive risk management and delivery of business value.
