The position supports a remote work model across the United States with EST/CST business hours, and anticipates a salary range of $106,700 to $137,160,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technology teams to translate supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery through interviews, observations, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Lead multiple initiatives, anticipate risks, and deliver business value with minimal direction.
• Drive execution from concept to implementation with clear scope and success metrics.
