Job summary

Avidex is hiring an Account Executive - Audiovisual (AV) to drive new and existing business in the Redmond area. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale support, with a focus on AV/IT solutions for clients in the Northern California market.

The role may be remote or hybrid depending on location and business needs, and relocation options may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of consultative sales experience in AV/IT or related industry.
• Experience managing sales cycles including complex/enterprise deals.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and integration environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales activities: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing.
• Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned to business objectives.
• Identify client needs and translate them into AV/IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after the sale.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations with scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations for project execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Assist in resolving issues related to scope, schedule, or terms.
