Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates while building a steady recruiting pipeline.
• Strong networking skills and ability to develop referrals and introductions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives and professionals.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective sales executives through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and events.
• Develop relationships with executives, business owners, and referral partners to create a wide candidate network.
• Lead introductory conversations to learn candidates' backgrounds, objectives, and motivations.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand future talent needs and proactively identify suitable professionals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates through the recruiting process, including relationship-building before transitions.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting and talent partners to connect candidates with teams.
• Support recruiting events, marketing efforts, and other activities to expand talent opportunities.
