Job summary

Frost Bank in Texas is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager II to build and nurture long-term client relationships. You will review loan documentation, manage customer portfolios, and support credit facilities to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Through interactive training and mentoring from commercial lenders, you’ll develop analytical skills and sales experience while embracing Frost’s integrity, caring, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• At least 6 hours of Accounting coursework
• Self-starter with ability to communicate at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation prior to closing and identify deficiencies
• Act as the primary resource for an ARM I
• Review credit facilities to ensure compliance with bank policy
• Champion Frost's philosophy and core values in client work
• Get to know clients and their business to understand their needs
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes
