Qualifications

• 3+ years of lending experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Reach and maintain a target portfolio size within a specified time frame.
• Call prospects who are potentially profitable to the bank.
• Maintain the best interest of both the bank and customers.
• Develop an efficient working relationship with Loan Center for loan requests.
• Monitor assigned loan portfolio for any deterioration in repayment ability.
• Advise and train associate relationship managers.
