You will undergo structured training, support loan package development, and engage with clients to understand needs. The role emphasizes sales goals and cross-functional collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience in commercial lending and relationship management while upholding Frost’s integrity and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably accounting or finance; GPA 2.75 minimum.
• 6+ hours of accounting coursework completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous banking experience and knowledge of bank products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Attend Financial Services University (FSU) training program.
• Develop loan packages by analyzing size and structure; conduct approval assessments.
• Understand client business needs and act on them.
• Achieve monthly call and product sales goals with guidance from sales coach.
• Report weekly activity and marketing results to the sales coach.
• Manage and support loan commitments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote Frost’s values and client care in every interaction.
• Process referrals for small business products to grow client relationships.
