Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn additional software supporting the team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a changing environment.
• Strong data management, reporting and visualization skills.
• Effective written communicator for high-volume email and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of FHLB Des Moines member processes and support Relationship Managers.
• Assist with business development research to identify member opportunities.
• Update outreach materials for prospective and current members and regulators.
• Provide standard and ad hoc reporting to internal and external audiences.
• Conduct marketing analytics for KPIs and execute Marketo campaigns.
