Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance, or related area.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques and credit decisions.
• Proven business development track record with ability to implement effective new strategies.
• Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business.

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue by continually prospecting for and onboarding new business clients within assigned territory.
• Meets growth goals (loans, deposits, fees, etc.), through development of new business members and deepening relationships.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business partners and coordinates with other departments.
• Generates quality commercial-focused referrals to internal peers and refers consumer opportunities as needed.
• Develops retention and growth plans for partner business members and supports employees and volunteers with financial education.
• Represents FMFCU at networking events and participates in community organizations.
• Responds to RFPs from businesses, government or municipal entities.
• Maintains expert knowledge of the market and coordinates with district managers on prospecting efforts.
