The role emphasizes relationship development, financial analysis, and proactive engagement to bring entire bank offerings to clients in a compliant, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• No required language assessments.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with defined goals.
• Acquires/expands/retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen wallet share.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Identifies client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being to increase engagement.
• Builds a network of internal/external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present full bank solutions.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per policies.
