Job summary

Drawbridge, a cybersecurity platform for alternative investment firms, is seeking a Relationship Manager to own a book of hedge funds, PE firms, and family offices. You will drive net revenue retention and act as a trusted adviser at regulatory crossroads.

You will build executive relationships, lead with outcomes, and partner with ClientSuccess and engineering. Expect travel and a hybrid model in Boston or New York.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a client-facing role such as relationship/account/customer success at SaaS/fintech/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and own executive relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead with outcomes: drive business impact, regulatory readiness, and risk reduction.
• Show up in person for critical moments; client visits are core to this role.
• Proactively manage book health: surface risk, prioritize outreach, and forecast renewals.
• Collaborate with ClientSuccess and delivery teams; support renewal negotiations.
• Leverage internal AI tools to surface insights and accelerate workflows.
• Grow the book through expansions and referrals; own renewals process.
• Contribute to team playbooks and market intel for strategic advantage.
