Job summary

Drawbridge, a leading cybersecurity platform for alternative investment firms, seeks a Relationship Manager to own a book across hedge funds, PE firms, and family offices. You’ll lead executive conversations, frame security outcomes around business impact, and drive Net Revenue Retention through trusted advisory relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a client-facing role with ownership of a book and retention accountability.
• Experience in alternative investment management or cybersecurity/enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to articulate value and negotiate renewals with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and own executive relationships with clients across hedge funds, PE firms, and family offices.
• Manage renewals, stakeholder alignment, and expansion opportunities.
• Present data-driven findings; translate risk and value into business terms for LPs and boards.
• Proactively monitor book health and surface risks before churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client outcomes and renewals.
• Travel for client visits as needed and participate in high-stakes regulatory or due diligence discussions.
