Stratos Wealth Partners seeks a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary connection for a regional portfolio of affiliated advisors, guiding them to maximize the Stratos platform and resources. You will own relationships end-to-end, understand advisors' growth ambitions, and align capabilities to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant wealth-management client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage ongoing relationships and coordinate cross-team solutions.
• Knowledge of advisor practice models, wealth-management operations, and custody concepts.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex issues into practical steps.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship lead for regional portfolio of Stratos-affiliated advisors and firms.
• Build trusted relationships with advisors, principals, and key operating staff.
• Develop relationship plans with objectives, risks, opportunities and next actions.
• Lead recurring business reviews linking goals to service performance and platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption of Stratos capabilities and advisor Insights Platform.
