Job summary

Nuvei is seeking a Relationship Manager for ACH & Online Banking in a client-facing role. You will manage an assigned portfolio of partners, owning ongoing relationship ownership, partner engagement, and account support.

The position requires strong payments knowledge and a track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth. You will collaborate with Risk, Underwriting, Operations, Product, Sales, and Boarding to deliver a superior partner experience, resolve issues, and ensure customer

Qualifications

3+ years in payments/fintech or client-facing roles.
Experience managing partner or client relationships in service/revenue support.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage external partners.
Ability to identify needs, adoption opportunities, and account growth.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of partners and clients with ownership of the relationship.
Serve as primary contact for partner engagement and account support.
Maintain proactive communication to drive engagement and retention.
Identify revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities within ACH & Online Banking.
Collaborate with Risk, Underwriting, Operations, Product, Sales, and Boarding.
Maintain CRM records and partner activity visibility.
Support escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolution.
