Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to nurture a portfolio of small business clients and deliver tailored banking solutions. You will build long-term relationships, promote cash management and credit opportunities, and collaborate with partners across lines of business.

The role emphasizes risk management, client service excellence, and the ability to balance client needs with firm interests while leveraging MS Office tools and a strong regional network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products; understanding of industry/market needs.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1-5M annual revenue; manage credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver customized banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Use finance, banking, credit, and risk knowledge to promote profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; refine relationship strategies with manager.
