Job summary

Nuvei seeks a Senior Relationship Manager – Strategic Accounts to lead and grow high-value merchant relationships. This role requires executive engagement, commercial leadership, and strategic oversight to retain and expand an enterprise portfolio.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, unlocking growth and maximizing long-term value from the Nuvei partnership. You will win by building strong relationships, identifying wallet-share opportunities, delivering payment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in merchant services or digital payments in a quota-carrying, client-facing role.
• Strong commercial judgment and enterprise account discipline.
• Ability to travel regularly within the Americas.
• Excellent ability to engage and present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow wallet share and negotiate terms.
• Provide payment solutions and support to drive business growth.
• Ensure consistent and reliable revenue growth.
• Be an expert in ecommerce and payments with deep experience across card acquiring, APMs, gateway, treasury, and adjacent enterprise payment solutions.
• Act as a center point to a wide range of internal functions and engage senior stakeholders.
