Job summary

The candidate will guide audits, develop internal controls, and optimize workflows, with a focus on data analytics, budgeting and performance dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end operations of ACH, cards, wires and emerging payments.
• Drives regulatory compliance and timely processing with efficiency improvements.
• Leads audits, risk assessments and internal controls development and effectiveness.
• Builds strategic partnerships and prioritizes internal projects and process improvements.
• Manages training and performance coaching to develop the team.
• Prepares budget workbooks and creates dashboards for payments metrics and KPIs.
