Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years of account relationship experience.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to coordinate projects.
• Knowledge of ICE Data Services products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business.
• Coordinate internal resources to fulfill client initiatives and resolve issues.
• Build relationships at all levels including C-suite.
• Collaborate on account strategy and lead renegotiations.
• Work with subject matter experts to advance the account's strategic vision.
• Meet metrics for revenue retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
