BMO is seeking a seasoned relationship leader to grow key client relationships within Commercial Sales & Service. You will manage complex deals, secure credit approvals, and drive revenue through cross-selling financial solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, risk-aware deal structuring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to exceed ROE targets and client expectations.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in product, compliance, and credit risk assessment.

Mansioni

• Acts as an escalation point for complex client issues and maintains strong client relationships.
• Structures complex deals and secures credit approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops new business by contacting prospects and clients, cross-selling bank products and services.
• Reviews loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy and risk alignment.
• Develops market strategies and identifies opportunities to expand client portfolios.
• Represents the bank at industry forums to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepares reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and market trends for senior executives.
• Builds long-term relationships with high-value clients and provides strategic financial solutions.
