Qualifications

• 7+ years lending/credit related experience
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products
• Ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
• Collaborate with internal partners
• Proven sales results
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with senior partners
• Deep local connections and market knowledge
• Corporate finance expertise and transaction execution skills
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with our Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team
• Acquire new clients and maintain deepen a portfolio of relationships
• Interface between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships
• Identify efficiency improvements through automation and new technologies
