Qualifications

• Five+ years of lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs and manage relationships under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; credibility with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Corporate finance expertise and transaction execution skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with our Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team and acquire new clients.
• Maintain and deepen a portfolio of relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking market.
• Interface between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the target market.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for partnerships.
• Drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation and new technologies.
