Job summary

SEI Corporation seeks a seasoned Director, Relationship Manager in Oaks, PA to lead strategic client relationships and grow revenue across a portfolio of institutional clients. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior client executives, align solutions with client objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize profitability.

You will design account plans, conduct annual reviews, and identify opportunities to cross-sell SEI solutions, while traveling up to 10% to meet clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years investment management/operations experience preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client revenue and market share.
• Manage overall client relationship to ensure profitability and trusted adviser status.
• Develop relationships with C-suite executives and key influencers within clients.
• Prepare and execute client account plans and annual reviews.
• Cross-sell solutions and services to expand client business.
