SEI’s Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) in Oaks, PA is expanding its Relationship Management and Client Service team. As an Account Manager you will be the primary contact for daily activities and initiatives, building deeper client relationships and understanding client objectives.

You will onboard new clients, manage key projects (funds, mergers, transitions), help ensure revenue and profitability, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance SEI’s service offering.

Competenze

• 8 years investment management/operational experience (Traditional or Alternative).
• Strong client relationship development and ability to consult with clients on business objectives.
• Demonstrated project leadership and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Mansioni

• Enhance client relationships by understanding client business and objectives and presenting innovative recommendations.
• Manage client and internal expectations, resolve issues, and advocate for clients and SEI.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and manage key client projects (funds, share classes, mergers, service-provider changes).
• Support revenue and profitability goals by identifying cross-selling opportunities and assisting recontract/RFP processes.
• Participate in professional development sessions to improve processes and overall service.
