SEI Investments Management Corporation seeks a Senior Institutional Sales Leader to drive growth across OCIO and institutional investment solutions. Based in Oaks, PA, you will lead strategy, close major mandates, and coach a team of sales professionals.

You will build relationships with CIOs, investment committees, and senior executives, shaping tailored value propositions and guiding cross-functional collaboration to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in institutional asset management with a focus on business development and sales leadership.
• Proven success selling OCIO/fiduciary management and/or institutional investment solutions.
• Track record of originating and closing large, complex mandates with sophisticated clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead new business development efforts and close institutional mandates across OCIO and related offerings.
• Build and deepen relationships with CIOs, investment committees, boards and senior executives.
• Own direct sales strategy with accountability for pipeline development, conversion, and revenue.
• Guide the team in consultative sales processes, RFPs, and board-level decisions.
