Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is growing and seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager in Oaks, PA to manage client relationships, grow revenue, and act as a strategic advisor to executive clients. You will design account plans, conduct annual reviews, and expand opportunities across SEI’s solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in investment management, strong communication, project management, and a proven ability to engage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years investment management/operations experience (preferably in Alternatives).
Excellent client service skills based on SEI client experience principles.
Ability to connect with clients and establish trusted relationships.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

Grow existing revenue and manage overall client relationship to meet revenue targets.
Deepen strategic relationships with C-suite, executive buyers and influencers.
Develop and manage client account plans and annual reviews.
Provide strategic guidance on industry trends, product differentiation, and new market opportunities.
Cross-sell solutions and maximize product profitability.
Collaborate with internal SEI teams to support client needs and initiatives.
