Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trust-based relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, offering guidance on deposits, loans, and services while leveraging a digital-first mindset.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process requests, educate clients on self-service digital products, and work with branch teams to deliver an excellent, compliant client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years in retail banking or similar experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and branch policies.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Ability to assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
