Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of bank policies and branch procedures.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• NMLS registration is required under SAF&E Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and propose suitable solutions.
