• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
• Uses available resources to enhance the client experience and ensure accuracy.
