Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in sales, service or relationship-building; identifying needs and delivering solutions.
• Must be able to travel within a designated area for same-day visits to multiple locations.
• Prior banking experience including teller, platform, or relationship banking is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to diverse client populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
• Lead client discovery to identify opportunities and next-best actions, ensuring follow-through across commitments and referrals.
