Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity, including identifying needs and delivering solutions.
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, uncover needs, and recommend products and services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly to diverse client populations.

Responsibilities
