Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance/Audit professional to manage and coordinate external audits and related requests. You will engage with auditors, policy teams and stakeholders to prepare documentation, oversee questionnaires, and ensure timely responses.

The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment. The team focuses on regulatory relations, controls evaluation, and continuous improvement of audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with external audits (OCC, CFPB, PCI, SOC2, etc.).
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships across leaders, departments and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides logistical support for audits, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, and coordinating access and equipment.
• Manages and leads customer audits and responses, including questionnaires, inquiries and findings.
• Develops training materials and facilitates training for audit awareness and best practices.
• Coordinates and responds to audits and documentation requests across business lines; obtains approvals and completes related questionnaires.
• Tracks deliverables for timeliness and guides revisions to align with guidelines and policies.
• Monitors audit findings and coordinates remediation with stakeholders.
• Reviews historical audit data to support preparation and oversight activities.
