Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking an experienced auditor liaison as part of our Compliance Regulatory Relations program. Based in the Phoenix/Arizona area, this hybrid role coordinates with auditors, stakeholders, and leadership to prepare controls, questionnaires, and documentation for external reviews.

You will manage audit logistics, track deliverables, and drive timely remediation while ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience typical via bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience actively participating in external audits (OCC, CFPB, PCI, SOC2, etc) including engagement with external auditors.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships between leaders, departments and partners.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides logistical support for audits and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Manages customer audits and responses, including questionnaires and findings.
• Develops training materials and facilitates training on audit topics.
• Coordinates requests for onsite audits across business lines and compiles required documentation.
• Monitors audit findings and ensures timely remediation and response.
• Reviews policies and procedures against audit requirements and gaps.
