The Compliance & Risk Analyst will manage audits, exams, and due diligence requests, coordinating with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience managing audits, exams or regulator communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience coordinating with regulators/auditors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end process of audits, exams, and due diligence requests for Achieve businesses.
• Assists Management with responses to regulatory reports and ROEs.
• Serve as central point of contact for regulators or auditors and ad hoc requests.
• Monitor remediation efforts for timely completion of findings.
• Contribute to internal reporting related to audits and examinations.
• Identify risks from regulator interactions and elevate as needed.
• Monitor regulatory change alerts and help implement action plans.
