Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or related experience.
• Graduate degree in business or engineering desirable.
• Minimum of ten years of experience building relationships, leading change, and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with state regulatory agencies, government officials, consumer advocates, trade associations, industry groups, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings, working groups, industry forums, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Serve as a trusted company representative and ambassador with external audiences.
• Build coalitions and identify opportunities for collaboration on strategic regulatory and policy initiatives.
• Monitor and assess regulatory proceedings, legislative developments, and policy initiatives that may impact the company.
• Provide internal awareness regarding stakeholder perspectives, regulatory trends, and emerging risks.
• Support development and execution of regulatory strategies aligned with company objectives.
