Job summary

Propelus seeks a Regulatory Partnership Director to build trust with state regulatory boards and agencies, supporting Propelus growth through credible, long-cycle government engagements.

You will guide cross-functional teams to align contract delivery with regulatory deadlines, enhancing operational efficiency and public protection across territories.

This consultative role emphasizes patience, stakeholder management, and disciplined CRM forecasting to close complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years at the state level working with regulatory boards or healthcare regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with state agencies and licensing boards at both staff and leadership levels.
• PM mindset to build pipelines, nurture complex deals, and coordinate RFPs and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship cadence with state regulatory boards and agencies to understand missions and constraints.
• Translate CE Broker capabilities into outcomes for agency efficiency and public protection; deliver business cases.
• Advance opportunities through lifecycle with alignment to agency deadlines and plans.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge of licensing frameworks and CE compliance for assigned territories.
