Propelus is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Government) to serve as the strategic partner for our government regulatory boards, regulators, and health departments. You will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, align Propelus technology with agency missions, drive compliance outcomes, and ensure sustained value across a diverse portfolio.

You’ll lead relationship management, develop mission-aligned strategies, and train regulatory staff to leverage our platform for audit readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• Experience managing government, regulatory, or public health accounts.
• Able to speak the language of regulators and state officials.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: own a portfolio of government boards and agencies and build trusted relationships with executives.
• Mission-Aligned Strategy: align technology with agency mandates and public-sector priorities.
• Regulatory Enablement: lead training programs enabling regulators and associations to use the platform for audit readiness.
• Health & Usage Monitoring: monitor engagement metrics and translate data into insights for sustained value.
• Complex Issue Triage: resolve account hurdles with product and government affairs teams.
• Business Reviews: conduct high-level reviews to deepen partnerships and improve compliance outcomes.
