Job summary

Propelus is seeking a Regulatory Partnership Director to lead engagements with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies in the United States. You’ll translate product capabilities into regulatory outcomes, build trust in government environments, and drive multi-year opportunities to go-live with Propelus’ CE Broker solution.

In this consultative role, you’ll manage a primary state portfolio, coordinate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, and maintain an accurate Salesforce

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of state-level regulatory experience.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with state agencies.
• Experience managing complex RFPs and contracts.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate long government procurement cycles.
• Self-motivated, with territory ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with state boards and agencies.
• Translate CE Broker capabilities into regulatory outcomes for agencies.
• Advance opportunities with aligned timelines.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to licensing and CE compliance.
• Coordinate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success.
• Ensure go-live post-contract.
