Job summary

Propelus, a remote-first leader in healthcare workforce compliance, is seeking a Regulatory Partnership Director to build trust with state regulatory boards and agencies. You will map regulatory needs to Propelus CE Broker solutions, guiding multi-year decisions and delivering measurable value.

You will work closely with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth go-live, manage a growing pipeline, and drive strategic government partnerships across the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of state-level regulatory experience
• Proven track record building relationships with state agencies and licensing boards
• Ability to manage multi-year procurement cycles and complex RFPs
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and leadership

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive communication cadence with state regulatory boards and agencies
• Lead values-focused conversations about operational efficiency and modernization in government
• Translate CE Broker product capabilities into agency outcomes and value propositions
• Advance opportunities through the lifecycle with consultative approach and aligned timelines
• Navigate complex government procurement processes to close deals
• Apply up-to-date regulatory knowledge to licensing frameworks
• Surface new opportunities and regulatory gaps within territories
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams for seamless go-live
• Maintain CRM visibility and forecasting accuracy
