Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Data Analytics).
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, insurance operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory, industry, and operational developments and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Master Data Services (MDS) field and profit center requests with cross-functional teams.
• Manage policy number blocks across profit centers and monitor utilization.
• Compile, validate, and distribute monthly operational metrics reports; ensure accuracy of data sources.
• Process biweekly invoices and allocate expenses across profit centers.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc regulatory data calls and ensure timely submissions.
