You will coordinate across Operations, Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance, IT, and Corporate Reporting to ensure timely communication of regulatory changes and accurate data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, insurance operations, business analysis, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation techniques.
• Experience working with operational reports, data reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry, regulatory, and operational developments impacting underwriting and business operations.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain operational bulletins and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate surcharge register reviews and updates across business teams.
• Gather, validate, and organize information from Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance, and other teams.
• Review GL codes, profit center groups, reserving segments, and related data elements.
• Produce leadership reporting that provides insight into operational performance and workload trends.
• Manage biweekly invoice processing activities and expense allocations.
• Coordinate data calls and ensure regulatory submissions are completed accurately and on time.
